Design Services

Yakobovich Homes provides 4 hours with our in-house draftsman to develop your home plan as well as 2 hours with our design consultant to get you started with the exterior colour and product choices that need to made early on in the process. (Some choices must conform to architectural guidelines set out by the specific developers) We are dedicated to help you design a home that meets your needs, desires and budget!

If you would like our consultant to continue to assist you in your design, from exterior finish to helping to coordinate your interior finish choices, we would be happy to arrange that for you. Design services are provided on a fixed-fee arrangement, which clearly spells out costs in advance and spreads them out throughout the design process.

Additional Design Consultation:

Hourly Rate: $50.00 per hour
Exterior Design: $300.00

• Includes, windows & doors, stucco, brick or stone, eaves/soffits/fascia, garage doors, exterior door hardware.

Interior Design: $1,100.00

• Includes paint, flooring, cabinets and hardware, glass inserts, fireplace and surround and/or entertainment unit, plumbing fixtures, lighting, interior door hardware, appliances, sourcing of a/v equipment and speakers if applicable.

Entire Home Package: $1,200.00
